You are eligible to apply for housing at MASH if you are:

• any single person 62 years of age or over
• any couple in which one person is 62 years of age or over
• any certified disabled person regardless of age

Eligible applicants must have a minimum income of $21,325 and a maximum adjusted income that falls within USDA federally determined categories.
